Let’s be honest - most wellness routines online are unrealistic.

Wake up at 5am. Journal. Meditate. Drink green juice. Go for a 45-minute walk. Gym. Skincare routine. Gratitude list.

All before 9am?

Be serious.

For most women - especially in cities - life is already full. Work, traffic, side hustles, relationships, family, trying to stay sane in between.

So the question isn’t what’s the perfect routine?

It’s: what can actually fit into your real life without stressing you out more?

Start small.

Drink water. Not 5 litres, not anything extreme - just more than you usually do.

Move your body, even if it’s not the gym. A short walk. Stretching in your room. Dancing while getting ready. It counts.

Rest when you can. And no, rest is not laziness. If your body is tired, it’s saying something. Listen.

Eat better where possible - not perfect, just better. Add something good to your meals instead of trying to remove everything bad.

And mentally? Give yourself space.

Not everything deserves your reaction. Not every message needs an immediate reply. Not every expectation placed on you is yours to carry.

Wellness is not about becoming a completely different person overnight.

It’s about making small choices that make your life feel a little softer, a little lighter, a little more in your control.

That’s what actually lasts.
